What does 'Verified order' mean?

'Verified order' means payment for this order was confirmed by the store's payment provider at the time of the order. Reviews without the label are still tied to a real order — the payment method just doesn't allow independent confirmation.

More Info needed on delivery update emails.

Purchasing through website was easy. Delivery good. Point taken off for lack of information in email regarding delivery. Email was headed from Truvas via Amazon. This led to me reporting suspicious email to Amazon as I had not placed an order with them. After checking with Snikt I found out email was from them. Info re Truvas and Amazon delivery should be included in the email sent giving delivery dayes etc to avoid this confusion.

Hi Stuart, sorry it hasn’t arrived yet. Your order was despatched on Monday 5 October by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and the tracking shows Royal Mail sent it to the wrong delivery office on Saturday in error and has since re-routed it, so it should be with you in the next day or two. I’ve emailed you the tracking link directly. If it hasn’t landed by Tuesday, let me know and I’ll send a replacement or refund straight away. Ata, Snikt
