Vouchbase helps online stores collect and publish reviews from the people who actually bought from them. Reviews from orders confirmed through the store's own payment gateway carry a verified label. Nothing here is edited, curated, or paid for.
Why did I receive an email?
A store you bought from uses Vouchbase to ask its customers for reviews. The email was sent on the store's behalf — the store is responsible for the message, and replies go to the store, not to us.
You don't have to do anything, and you never pay anything. Every invitation contains an unsubscribe link that permanently stops review emails relating to that store. If you do nothing, we delete the personal data connected to your order after approximately 90 days.

How the record stays honest
- Published reviews can't be edited by anyone — the reviewer, the store, or us. Reviewers can delete their own review at any time.
- Stores can't choose who gets invited, and can't offer rewards for reviews.
- If a review is ever removed under our content rules, it leaves a visible notice and still counts in the store's figures — removal can never improve a rating.
