You pay for the reviews you receive, not the emails you send: $0.35 (USD) per collected review. No plans, no monthly fee, no features held back.

How you're charged

The charge is taken from your prepaid balance when a customer submits their review. It's one charge per order reviewed, including any product reviews the customer leaves on the same visit.

Invitations and reminders that don't lead to a review cost nothing: send 1,000 invitations, and if nobody reviews, you pay nothing. The rate you sign up on won't be increased for your account.

Getting started

Every new store gets $10.50 of credit, enough for 30 collected reviews. No card is needed to start, and the credit doesn't expire. One starting credit per store.

Topping up

Add credit from your dashboard by card, through Stripe, in whole-dollar amounts from $10 to $1,000. $35 buys 100 collected reviews.

Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout for UK businesses; business customers outside the UK may account for VAT under reverse charge.

If your balance runs out

New invitations pause until you top up, and reminders already on their way still go out. A review that arrives while your balance is empty is still published. Its charge is taken from your next top-up, and any product reviews in it are delivered to your store then.

Closing your account

Unused credit you've paid for is refunded when you close your account. Free starting credit isn't refundable.

Everything is included

Every store gets the same service: invitations and reminders, your branding on invitation emails, a public review page, a verification page for every review, replies to reviews, and a do-not-email list.
