We remove reviews that are unlawful or that breach our content standards - threats, hate, other people's personal data, content that infringes someone's rights. We do not remove reviews for being negative, angry or unfair. A removed review leaves a visible notice in its place and still counts in the store's rating, so removal never improves a score.

Every review here comes from a real order the store itself sent us. If you are the store and believe a review is not from a genuine customer, tell us the order reference and we will check the record.
